Our law firm receives attorney referrals to act as bad faith trial attorneys or breach of contract trial lawyers in support of other attorneys and law firms that may have more experience in other areas of law. The reasons our law firm continues to receive attorney referrals on a regular basis is as follows:
- We honor the underlying attorney / client relationship and work to maintain that. Our trial attorneys are interested in repeat referrals and are not interested in usurping an existing client relationship.
- We involve referring attorneys as much or as little as desired. Some referring lawyers are hands-off, while others have a seat at the table during trial.
- We work to maintain the referring attorney’s credibility with the client and position ourselves as consultants for courtroom trial tactics and jury presentations.
- We maintain a competitive hourly rate, but also will accept cases on a contingency basis. Our agreement with the client is separate and is not tied to a corporate counsel’s fee.
Our law firm fully understands that a client may wish to speak to more than one law firm that concentrates on commercial and business trial law. We accept that notion, and are confident that our experience, our successes, and our approach to litigation are superior.
